The TRF37T05 shares the same EVM as the TRF3705. Please see attached for schematic. We will update the web page with a link to our design package, which includes schematic and layout files.

The TRF37T05 is designed to handle time division duplexing (TDD) of communication systems better. When powering up and powering down, the LO suppression remains similar. AC performance wise such as OIP3, both TRF3705 and TRF37T05 are identical.

In some applications, carrier feed-through is suppressed by optimizing the DC offsets in the BB path. In TDD operation, the '05 is often powered down during the RX cycle and turned back on during the TX cycle. This power down cycle created a transient DC offset issue that resulted in non-optimized carrier feed-through. The 'T05 solves this issue by not power cycling the LO circuitry with the power down pin. So, in short, the 'T05 is better suited for TDD operation in ZIF architecture when adjusted carrier feed-through must be maintained.
