RF430FRL154H: RFID timing system.

Hi, 

I`m not really sure if I`ve created this topic in suitable place. ( If not I will be very thankful if you advise me appropriate forum for such questions ).

I`m relatively new to embedded programming. I have a little experience with STM32 family and some sensors like temperature/humidity, etc.

I also ride a motorbike. For now my goal is to build a little system that will help to measure lap times.

Now I`m thinking  to use RF430FRL154H for this purpose. But for now I don`t really understand what are the other components I should use like MCU and etc.

Thank you for all your suggestions.

    Hello Igor,

    I would recommend first reading the FAQ for the RF430FRL15xH device:

    But keep in mind that these devices are NFC devices which have a communication range of only a few centimeters.
