From where i can download s-parameters for the down converter?

The data sheet contains gain vs frequency graph. Is there anyway to download these values in tabular format instead of graph?

Hi Raju,

Unfortunately I do not have the database for the s-parameters. I can double check around to see if anyone has access, but most likely we do not have it available.

For the datasheet plot, I will check if there are available tabular formats from the datasheet.

There are no S21 S-parameters for this device as it is a frequency translating mixer. Enclosed I provided the tabular spreadsheet of the gain vs. frequency for TRF37C32 over low/high side injection and in low power mode.

Thanks for timely support.

The mixer can have the s21 s parameters and it is a general practice. Please find the attached screen shot. Where Matlab is using S-parameters to model a mixer.

Acknowledged. It is possible to create a normalized S-parameter matrix as detailed by the MATLAB documentation. In any event, this was not created for the TRF37x32 product family.
