LMX8410L: Recommended initial power up sequence

Hi,

I have an LMX8410L and the recommended initial power up sequence mention somehow, two ways of doing the initial programming; Should the reset and subsequent registers R127 and R6 be programmed? Or is it enough with the reset?.

    Hi Camilo,

    If you use the internal LO, the programming sequence is as follows:

    1. Vcc power up the device

    2. Program R0[1], RESET_PLL = 1. This will reset all the PLL related registers.

    3. Program R0[1], RESET_PLL = 0. To remove reset.

    4. Follow datasheet suggested programming sequence 2 to 5.
