We are looking for a DPDT (or 2xSPDT) switch in which the COM line can stay connected to the NC line even if the chip is not powered. In most of the switch ICs, all three lines - COM, NO and NC - go into high impedance mode when the power supply is removed.
Kindly suggest parts which could be helpful for us.
While we do not have an RF switch specifically, I did have a quick questions regarding the RF application. Does your application need to pass signals when Vdd=0?
We do provide powered off protection, which allows for the switch to go high impedance when there is no VDD present. This keeps the voltage at the inputs from back powering any other devices on the VDD rail, as well as keeping the output isolated from the input.

Yes, in our application, we need the signal be allowed to pass through one of the channels (COM to NC) when the Vdd is not supplied with any power. This is to cover scenarios like dead battery conditions where the system won't able to source any power.

We do not, currently, have a switch that passes signals when Vdd = 0 V.
