TRF371109: TRF371109， About the pastemask of offcial footprint.

I am using TRF371109IRGZR in my design now, I downloaded the footprint (Ultra librarian) from the link provided on TI website. but the footprint is rather strange. we usually draw the pastemask (for stencil manufacturing) at pastemask layer, but the TI offcial footprint placed the pastemask at solderpaste layer! why does TI do this?

I attached the footprint here. please help double check.

Hello,

I have asked our PCB designer to double check this. The footprint was done by an outside contractor so we were not sure what happened. However, we have double checked our EVM design database and the footprint is correct. Please use the below file for detail. Thank you.
