    What I would recommend doing is downloading the GUI for the DAC38RF82EVM and following the User's guide to configure all the registers with the settings you require. You can then save the configuration file and use that to program your DAC. If you are using the PLL there may be a couple of register writes that may not be needed as you are not using the EVM, if this is a mode you require we can discuss it further.
