Question about product portfolio

Dear all,

I have some questions regarding TI's product portfolio:

1) Does TI have LNA-ICs for the frequency ranges from 600 MHz to 5 GHz? Are there AECQ-qualified ones available ? If yes, could you send us some information of it, please?
2) Does TI have rf switches, which switches between two In-/outputs? If the supply voltage is turned of, if it is connected to one port. If it is turned on, it is connected to the other? The frequency range shall be the same as above. Are AECQ-qualified versions of it available ?
3) If the itemes under 2) are not available: Does TI have PIN-diodes and self-conductive p-channel-FETs in order that we make a switch with lumped components on our own? The frequency range is the same as above. Are there any AECQ-qualified versions of it?

Thank you very much in advance.

Best regards,

Thomas Lutter
