I want to find a mmWave radar sensor which can detect the range from 200 to 500mm for industry.

    Hello

    It will help to know what kind of application you are targeting this for.

    Please see the ti.com/iwr and  ti.com/awr pages to see the various applications and targeted devices.

    For long distance please see the Cascade design based on AWR1243 or AWR2243.   - these are targetted for Automotive ADAS solutions.

    For  Applications that are not targeted for Auto-ADAS  please see the IWR6843 , AWR6843 and their AOP variants.
