1. Dose TI has 4G LTE RF power amplifier or AFE ...etc product that junction temperature can support to 105C?

2. Dose TI has 4G LTE solution for reference?

I am sorry, but I don't think that TI has 4G LTE RF power amplifiers or complete 4G LTE solution at the moment that can support to 105C.
