What should I do?

If I want to add a shield fdc2214 in a single-ended input.

    Hi,

    You can use the shielding techniques in section 10.1.2 of the datasheet for both single-ended and differential sensor configurations. There are both active and passive shielding options. For either option, ensure that the shield layer covers the entire area of the sensor and the INxA and INxB traces.
