How can I measure the original current by measuring the output of the "hall effect current sensor"?

In the above picture original current through the circuit can easily be measure my measuring the voltage across the R3 resistor; because current=voltage/0.033.

In the above picture how can I measure the original current through by measuring the output voltage of the hall sensor effect?

Thanks in Advance!
