HDC1080: Handling of HDC 1080 - Cushioning material -

Part Number: HDC1080

Hello Expert.

Thank you for your special support.

I have already received support regarding the title question.

I have checked the handling guide and I know that organic compounds and chemical fibers will affect the sensor.

My customers are going to store HDC 1080 with buffer material of the following materials.

①Static shielding bag

②Antistatic poly bag

③Electrostatic shielding bag aluminum

Please tell me if there is anything that can be used with these materials.
Also, please tell us if there is recommended buffer material.

I will be sorry to trouble you many times.

Best, Regars.

  • Hello again Fukuzawa-san,
No problem on answering your questions.
As long as the bags listed on (1) (2) & (3) are clean and fully sealed there is no issue keeping the devices inside them. When you mentioned buffer are you considering filling material inside the bags? In general there is no need to use this filling material. You can have bubble wrap outside the bags for shipping purposes.

    Regards,
    Jose
  • Hello Jose-san,

    Sorry fot the rate reply.
About the storage method, I refer to the application note.
I understand that the inside of the bag does not affect the accuracy of the HDC1080 unless it is a substance affecting it.
My customer understands that point as well.

In the HDC 1080 of the customer, there is an error in the accuracy of the output,
It is a situation that I want to solve this.
I will ask you a question in another thread.

    Best Regars.
