Hello,
How is look situation with calibration of HDC1010 after 10 years of work? It's needed or not?
I cannot find this information nowhere.
Best regards

Adrian,
The HDC1010 can be expected to drift +/- 0.25 %RH/yr under normal conditions (20% - 50% RH and around 30C) as specified in footnote 12 of table 7.5 in the datasheet. So in 10 years you could expect roughly 2.5 drift in %RH reading. The device does not support re-calibration.
If this is a new design you should take a look at the HDC2010, this is a newer, lower power, device with a smaller footprint. The 2010 is also available at a lower price. The drift on the 2010 is the same as the HDC1010 as well.

Brandon,
Thanks a lot, but I have one more question: how is look accuracy in long term for thermal sensor?
Best regards
Adrian Chmiel
Hello,
We plan use sensor to check temperature gradient in open space, so we use few pieces of HDC.
So my question is, how will look temperature measurment error affter 1 year and them affter 10 years.
