LMP91300: LMP91300SWIFEVM Wrong detection

Hi TI team,

We have generated an LMP91300SWIFEVM and the LMP91300 NPN using the gerbers that you provide, after adding the firmware for the micro MSP430F552XIPN, we connect the development board as indicated in the user guide:

2.3.Setup

2.3.1. Connect pin 2 of J1 to the power line of the board that contains the LMP91300.
2.3.2. Connect pin 3 of J1 to the ground line of the board that contains the LMP91300.
2.3.3. Connect the LMP91300SWIFEVM to the computer using a USB cable connected to J2.
2.3.4. Start the software as described in the LMP91300 Software User’s Guide.

But the pc returns an error indicating that the development board is not detected .

We use mozilla as default browser, and Win 10 operating system. We do not know if the aplication only rules with win XP and with other browser.

Can you help us?

Hello,
Have you loaded the firmware onto the MSP430? I've included instructions in another thread: e2e.ti.com/.../624328

Firmware for MSP430F552XIPN: FirmwareDownloader.zip
-Load "islmp91300_rv_strm.txt" included in the zip file onto the MSP430 to communicate with the GUI

If the above step is not completed then the GUI will not recognize the board.

Hello,

Yes, I have loaded the firmware onto the MSP430.

I have solved the problem. I had to disable the use of signed drivers in windows, after this, I could add the control drivers and the device works correctly.
