Hi,

I am using mmw demo example, looking to configure the chirp parameter for different ranges.

i took profileCfg 0 77 429 7 57.14 0 0 70 1 256 5209 0 0 30 as reference from mmwave demo visualizer.

trying configure slope and Ramp end time but it is failed. show error below:

mmwDemo:/> sensorStart

Error -1

How can i change it for MRR, USRR, SRR.

following are profile we looking to configure:

profileCfg 0 77 7 7 143 0 0 100 1 256 5209 0 0 48

profileCfg 0 77 7 7 80 0 0 100 1 256 5209 0 0 48

profileCfg 0 77 7 7 40 0 0 100 1 256 5209 0 0 30

please help it

Madan,

You could also use the "mmWave Sensing Estimator" to get the recommended values for the chirp configuration for different application (SRR, MRR, LRR). There is a training video on how to use the mmwave Sensing Extimator here .

You can also use the "Ramp Timing Calculator" that is available in the RadarStudio (MMWAVE-DFP) for the recommended values of the full filter chain settling times(IDLE,ADC Start time etc).

This should help you to give the right configuration values for the targeted application.
