Is there some description of what the circled in yellow areas below of the Vital signs demo gui are?
I think this is the picture in question.
By default, the algorithm uses two different methods to compute the heart and breathing rates. Time Domain (autocorrelation based) and Frequency Domain (FFT based). Then a decision is made to use the best match.
If one of the boxes is selected, then only one of the methods is used.
Please see Page 26 of "DriverVitalSigns_DG.pdf" When the computed waveform energy is below the threshold Th- Breath/Th- Heart, the corresponding display is set to 0
