AWR1642: how to design the antenna to the max azimuth ±20 degree

Hi,

The azimuth scope of AWR1642 is ±60 degree,now we want to develop the AEB((Autonomous Emergency Brake) system,and the azimuth scope is too large for our system.To satisfy our need, the max azimuth should be ±20 degree and the max range 120m.

1.Can you provide the suitable tecnical solution to meet our performance requirement?

2. If we design the antenna on our own, because we are new in antenna design,can you provide some tecnical support for antenna design?

You should investigate using beam forming algorithms.

Providing antenna design support is beyond our expertise and scope of our support.
