I was asking the question to understand when would the LNA compress, and what is the damage threshold if there is strong interference. The -5 dBm will probably only come to play if we use a very low Rx gain at 24 dB at the expense of NF. At higher gain, we will be seeing the adc compress before the LNA. Please let me know if this interpretation is accurate.

Are you asking for a recommended and absolute maximum RX input power specification? Similar to our digital I/O cells recommended and maximum input voltage table?
