When using Uniflash connecting AWR1642 Evm, How to solve the problem--not able to connect serial port? Problem description like the picture below shows(jumpers have already been set into 101 mode ):

Hi,

Is this the first time you are trying to flash on this board?

Please make sure you are using correct COM port, SOP settings, power supply

yes, that's the first time we try, COM port and SOP settings had been already set correct.

Have you see below two com ports in PC device manager when you connected the EVM to PC?
XDS110 Class Application/User UART (COM UART):Used for passing configuration data and firmware to the EVM
XDS110 Class Auxiliary Data Port (COM AUX): Used to send processed radar data output

Have you set the right COM port number in Uniflash (COM UART)?
