That project likely needs to be imported from Resource Explorer (inside CCS). Please import it that way.

Hi,

I tried importing it that way, but I only get the dss project is that normal? Also it fails to build with the following errors.

#1965 cannot open source file "DSP_fft32x32.h"
#1965 cannot open source file "ti/mathlib/mathlib.h"
#20 identifier "Mailbox_Handle" is undefined
gmake: *** [all] Error 2
gmake[1]: *** [dss_data_path.oe674] Error 1
gmake[1]: *** [dss_main.oe674] Error 1
gmake[1]: Target 'main-build' not remade because of errors.

It looks like there are some issues with this example. I also get build errors. These examples should build right out of the box. But they do not.

I tried following the guide in the link below:
dev.ti.com/.../DriverVitalSigns_DevelopersGuide.pdf

But it is out of date and applies for an older SDK version.

I will move this thread to the mmWave forum. The experts there can help you get started with this example

Please make sure you read the release notes. This lab supports only mmWave SDK 1.2

I have no idea what that means? Review the User Guide, I did that already and that is why I am asking here when it still will not build. The User Guide also has no section about the Vital Sign Demo either, so what is the point in that? Are you referring that the Vital Sign User Guide. I reviewed that and it still does not build despite following the steps.

Hi,

Please note that the User's Guide mentions "It is assumed that you have the TI mmWave SDK 1.1.0.2 and all the related tools installed as mentioned in the mmWave SDK release notes."

Please use mmWave SDK 1.1.0.2 not SDk 1.2. Sorry for this

We are working on a new release that will support SDK 2.0 This should be available in July time frame
