AWR1642: Difference between different AWR1642 parts

Shown as below figure, would u pls let me know the difference between "baseline" and "high performance", and the difference between "big reel" and "tray", thanks.

Hi, another question is for security the difference between G/S/D, why there is a D part?

Part D is required when doing development for secure parts. It uses the development keys.

My understanding is that Part S should be need for secure development, what is the difference between D and S part? Thanks.

I was communicated that for secure development part D will no longer we provided.

I am still waiting for an answer for the other pieces of information

N = Narrow band (76-77GHz)
P = High Performance (Phase Rotator option)
B = 2MB

Tray - these are parts shipped in trays, SPQ = 1 (minimum standard pack qty) is 1u.
Tape&Reel, these are parts shipped in reels, MOQ = 1000 (minimum orderable qty) is 1ku.
