Compiler/IWR1642: SDK2.0 lowpower config ,the differrence between low power ADC mode and Regular ADC mode

Part Number: IWR1642
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MMWAVE-DFP

Tool/software: TI C/C++ Compiler

HI everyone

      I want to use SDK2.0 to do something, but I found that Low Power config should be configed by Regular ADC mode in SDK1.2, and the  Low Power config should be configed by low power ADC mode in SDK2.0,  I want know  the difference between low power ADC mode and Regular ADC mode,Thanks.

  • Hi Xiaolin,

    You'll need to use the Low Power setting for either SDK. Low Power Mode in this instance is characterized by cutting the ADC Sampling rate in half.

    You can learn more in the mmWave-DFP Radar Interface Control Document on Page 326.

    Cheers,
