RTOS/AWR1642BOOST: CAN Demo failures

Hi E2E Team,

I am performing data over CAN demo on AWR1642BOOST device. I have copied sample source code and pre-build binary from TI resource link below:

Followed user guide, flashed pre-built binary and done connection as per user guide. Also done required device driver setup for PCAN-USBFD device. TI CAN Visualizer gui detect the PCAN-USBFD device, but while initializing connection, facing the issues in step 3: Initialize the PCAN-USBFD(from user guide). Screenshot are attached here:
