OPT8241-CDK-EVM: My camera can not do streaming in Voxel Viewer 0.7.0 although the LEDs are green and blue

Hi,

The LEDs on my board is green and blue, but when start streaming in Voxel Viewer, the error log file is:

("ERROR: USBIO: Control transfer issue")

("ERROR: VoxelUSBProgrammer:Could not read register for address 0x5c65")  ("ERROR: VoxelProgrammerBase:Could not read register for address 0x5c65") 

("ERROR: VoxelUSBProgrammer:Could not read register for address 0x5c66")  ("ERROR: VoxelProgrammerBase:Could not read register for address 0x5c66")

 ("ERROR: VoxelUSBProgrammer:Could not read register for address 0x5c61")  ("ERROR: VoxelProgrammerBase:Could not read register for address 0x5c61")

 ("ERROR: VoxelUSBProgrammer:Could not read register for address 0x4e04")  ("ERROR: VoxelProgrammerBase:Could not read register for address 0x4e04")

 ("ERROR: VoxelUSBProgrammer:Could not read register for address 0x4b04") ("ERROR: VoxelProgrammerBase:Could not read register for address 0x4b04")

Everytime i change the parameters on the right panel, an error panel appears. For instance, if i change frame rate, it says "Could not set the frame rate to ...".

Please tell me how i can fix my device.

    Is your DC power also plugged in? OPT8241-CDK-EVM requires both USB and DC plug power. If they are both connected, please check with Device Manager (if windows), or do 'lsusb' to make sure the ToF board is correctly enumerated.
