OPT9221: Slave Serial mode and TIC_CONF_DONE

Hello,

I try to configure opt9221 in Slave Serial mode. And I have some question:

1. TIC_CONF_DONE have gone to low after power on and do not go high. Like here https://e2e.ti.com/support/sensor/optical_sensors/f/989/p/609577/2244445?keyMatch=TIC_CONF_DONE&tisearch=Search-EN-Support  How I can fix it?
2. T CCK (Configuration clock period) have only minimal value definition, but if it have big delay TIC_INIT_DONE have go HIGH in 60 msec. Have it some internal interruption or timer?

3. Have you more detail description of Slave Serial configuration mode?

    Please make sure your MCU is not driving TIC_CONFIG_DONE. Also ensure TIC_CEz is tied to GND. Finally make sure TIC_DATA is latched at the rising edge of TIC_CLK.

    Our design is very close to opt8241 EM. And problem: It was imposible make fully correct interval T_ramp using this scheme, becouse 1.8V VDIO input goes from PMUC out, and then we switch off 1.8V LDO in PMUC - PMUC I2C haven't work. In any way we make intitial process same as in EM using external flash memory, and Opt9221 starts work.
