Hi,

Im using the latest version of Code Composer Studio and followed every step of the software quick start guide to generate the hex file of the sample project found on the Generic Firmware. But I always get the same errors which are shown on the picture below.

How may I fix this problem?

And once I program the PGA900 using the GUI and EVM, how may I see the output or resulting values?

Carlos, did you copy the .lib file to the path in step 4 of the software quick start guide? The file is in the docs folder of the reference firmware. In addition to copying it though, you must make sure CCS is pointing to the right location by checking the Project properties runtime support library path. The path could be linked to a previous project and hence CCS cannot locate it.

Thank you, it solved my problem.
But now I can't compile the project without it trying to debug.
I dont have the XDS200 so I just want the hex file.
And I still don't know how would I visualize the program running on the GUI.

Carlos, I am not sure I follow you. Why you cannot compile the project? Does it still have errors? It should have 0 errors. After compiling the project, the .hex file is placed in the \code\debug folder and you can download it to the DEVRAM of the device using the PGA900GUI. However, as you said, you will not be able to debug the code using breakpoints and such, for that you need the XDS200. DEVRAM though, will allow you to download code to the device multiple times without the need to place it in OTP so it will also allow you to debug as well.
