Hello,
I'm looking for thermal diode for remote sensing with suitable package for heat-sink sensing.
we are now using 2N3904 (TO-92) - optimal alternative would be TO-220 (screw hole).
There is any other alternative thermal diode recommended beside the MMBT3904?
