TMP431: How to disable local sensor ALERT

Hello, I'd like to ask about the configuration of TMP431.
The customer wants to use only the remote sensor ALERT, but I don't know how to disable the local sensor.
Please let me know the way of that configuration.

Hi Kazuto-san,

You can disable ALERT output due to local temperature. Please use LMASK bit in the Channel Mask register 0x1F. This is described in Section 8.6.15 and shown in the Register Map table 3.

You can also prevent local temperature from being measured. Please use LEN bit in the Configuration 2 register 0x1A. This is described in Section 8.6.6 and shown in the Register Map table 3.
