How can you measure temperature using TDC1000 with RTD?

What is a transfer function or formula?

Inquiry published a document(below), but it is not clear.

("Measuring an RTD Sensor with the TDC1000 and TDC7200 for Ultrasonic Sensing")

Please refer to section 8.3.8 (page 18) of the TDC1000 Data Sheet

This section has all the background information for temperature measurement with single and multiple RTDs.

Hello,

Thank you for your suggestion.
But the calculations described in the following document, I can not find the calculated value 50.05718539 degrees Celsius. (Page 4)
(File: "Measuring an RTD sensor with the TDC1000 and TDC7200 for Ultrasonic Sensing")

I did not find this value with the proposed calculations.
can you help me?

The following equations are used

Rrtd1 = Rref * tref / trtd1

where Rref = 1000, tref = Start to Stop1 (ns), trtd1 = Stop2 to Stop3

For a Pt1000 between -40C to 100C,

Temp in DegC = 0.260 * (Rrtd1 - 1000)

In the example you are referring to

Start to Stop1 = 201456.0508ns, Stop2 to Stop3 = 168949.4603

Rrtd1 = 1192.4042

Temp in DegC = 0.260 * (1192.4042 - 1000) = 50.025
