Hi. My name is Valeriy. I need help with TDC1000-TDC7200EVM. First I would like to say that I am not an electronic engineer. I am working on prototype and would like to check the concept. My problem with this particular EVM began two days ago. Before that the EVM was connected to the ultrasonic crystal and to the oscilloscope as described in TDC1000-TDC7200EVM user's guide and I was able to see start signal, transducer ringing and an echo on oscilloscope as well as TOF and tank level changes in GUI window. Two days ago I turned the EVM again and could not find any signal on the oscilloscope. The setting for the oscilloscope remained the same as last time I saw a signal. The test container and transducer are the same. I also CAN see the TOF and tank level changes using GUI. It tells me that transducer and board are OK. I have changed oscilloscope - no signal found. I switched to picoscope the result the same. Could anybody explain why I cannot see a signal using oscilloscopes?
