TDC1000-TDC7200EVM: Can't update firmware and unable to identify 7200EVM through the usb link

Part Number: TDC1000-TDC7200EVM

I have the same question with other people.

Before I update the firmware, everything is ok and the board can be linked to USB.

Now, I cannot identify 7200EVM through the USB link and also not update the firmware correctly.

ps. I have already use separately "C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments\TDC1000_7200EVM\MSP430 USB Firmware Upgrade Example" program to upgrade the firmware but still not work.

 

The message is shown:
