We do sell the TDC1000-C2000EVM in ti.com. You should be able to buy them from the web.
Please let us know if you plan to implement a complete system as in the video. If yes then you will then need to buy the CC3100 Wi-Fi BoosterPack from ti.com.
Please let me know if you would like to get the source code for the software that is running on the MQTT platform.

You will have to ask the CC3100 team/forum for the server side software.

I have asked repeatedly about getting source code to a system and get no response. I don't really need the source code to the evaluation system. I need something that shows me how to access the TDC1000 board. How do I send a message to turn on a switch? How do I send a message to get a velocity from the TDC1000-7200? How do I send a message to get the temperature reading? If I'm using WiFi How do I specify the connection? I would like a set of sample code that does these things so I could write something myself.
Without information about how to interfacte with the system, how can I use it?

I'm sorry. It could be that the information I want is right in front of me but I haven't seen it and have gotten no responses that helped me. I presume for looking around that Code Composer or Launchpad should be used to develop systems that use the TI boards. I have looked at the getting started video for Code Composer and cannot do the very first thing. It says to select a board or device from the Resource Explorer. I have two evaluation kits. Neither one is there.
Given that I haven't found out how to write something to use the boards, I cannot use them.

THE TDC1000-TDC7200 EVM has a GUI which can be downloaded from the web & used.

As far as the WiFi-communication is concerned the server side software I will need to check with the CC3100 team for the same.

I will check with that team & get back with you in a couple of days.

Yes I have the GUI but it is an exe. I have no way to see what I would do myself to write code that interacts with the boards (I have two different one.). As I stated, the board is of no use if I don't know how to interface to it.
