HDC2080: Add corrections to temperature data

Hello,

The offset register works by adding/subtracting the offset to the converted value. It looks like the HDC2080 is done converting the temperature and humidity measurements (Step 1) before the offset is calculated. I would suggest the following commands to ensure that the temperature corrections are reflected to the final measurements:

Step 1: Data "0xF2" write on address 0x08
Step 2: Data "0x01" write on address 0x0F
Step 3: Read out data from address 0x00 and 0x01 -> The temperature data has not corrected.
