Good Day. Customer did not find the answers what she is looking for in the available documentation that you are suggest. I ask her to elaborate more about her query so that we could understand what she is pertaining for. Please see below for her message. Thank you very much.

I would like to know what is the Failure in Time of the component and its reliability. If anything, you can provide me with the Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) or similar information that can help me quantify the component's reliability.

By the way, MTBF = 10^9 / FIT so I really only need one of these values to figure out the other.

As for examples, I don't know, I feel like the names of the values I am asking for speak for themselves. Like if your washing machine fails on average every 600 hours, then the MTBF is of 600 hours.
