For 2D you can find this under package on the device page.

However, for determining hole size please refer to the FoV estimator tool on the OPT3006 page (also works for OPT3007). FoV needs to be clearly understood and the impact on performance so this tool will help much more than the models. You would want to aim for 40 degrees half angle or greater for best performance.
