AMC6821: Need source code for AMC6821.

Part Number: AMC6821

We are planning to communicate AMC6821 with the ATSAME54 dev board. We are using the device address is 0x18 and unable to communicate with the microcontroller. Please send me an example source code to cover the AMC6821 functionality.
