Want to know if TMP61-Q1 can function down to -60C. Understand the tolerances can't be guaranteed beyond -40C just looking for the expected resistance below -40C.

Thanks for posting and welcome to E2E! The TMP61-Q1 abs max low operating temp is -65C. The device is linear, so the part will continue along the same way as shown in all the graphs in the data sheet.
