The TMP112 product page provides the MSL ratings of the TMP112 device. You can look under "Ordering and Quality" for this information by orderable device number.

These meanings of these ratings for any part are summarized in AN-2029 Handling and Process Recommendations, table 1, and are based on JEDEC standard.

This application note also provides guidance on baking procedure should the MSL level recommendations be exceeded.
