Hello,

We urgently need the HTOL data for this Grade 0 automotive part. The qualification data says "Per grade requirements. See data sheet." Since this is a Grade 0 part, my assumption is that HTOL was performed for 1000h at 150C. Can you please confirm?

Thank you for reaching out with your concern. Per the JEDEC and AEC standards the HTOL requirements for Grade 0 are below and were followed.

For this device I believe that the 1000 hour at 150C option was used.
