Using mmWave Demo Visualizer but the device is not detected through serial port connection. Is any one facing similar issue? Or I should download any port drivers before using this device?

    Hi Shayan,

    This is a common user error. Please make sure you have done the following:

    1. You are connecting your microUSB cable to the smaller end of the AOP EVM (the left side if the sensor facing you). 
    2. You have put the AOP EVM into flashing mode by following the User Guide and hit the NRST button (or powered off/on).
    3. You have flashed the Out of box demo using binary 'xwr64xxAOP_mmw_demo.bin' using Uniflash and using the correct Application Port.
    4. You have put the AOP EVM into functional mode by following the User Guide and hit the NRST button (or powered off/on).
    5. You connect to the AOP EVM from mmWave Demo Visualizer using the correct Application and Data Port.
