    Hiroaki-san,

    Thank you for your inquiry and your continuing interest in TI products.

    Fres is the coil resonant frequency with the external sensor capacitance (=d197)  while SRF is the coil self-resonant frequency (=d205) without considering the capacitor. SRF does consider the coil's parasitic capacitance to make the calculation.
