PGA460-Q1: Did PGA460 support ISO26262

Hello Sir/Ms.

Our customer is asking whether PGA460-Q1 meets the ISO26262 specification? I can't see such a description in the specification. Customers say that the Elmos .09 they are using complies with ISO26262. He wanted to use the PGA460 as a distance detection in a moving car. Does our PGA460-Q1 comply with the ISO26262 specification? If not, is there a recommendation?

The PGA460-Q1 is AEC-Q100 qualified, but is not specified for functional safety/ISO26262.

My customer needs ASIL-B. So PGA460 cannot meet the needs of my customers. Is my perception correct?

That is correct, this device would not be suitable to achieve ASIL-B certification.
