Hi team,

Do we have any non-volatile area inside the AWR1642 to save several bytes of customized information?

Customer have concern that this information will be erase when saving it in outside QSPI flash.

Sorry for the delay

There are some SPARE registers which are maintained during warm reset. They are not touched by the bootloader.

However they are not maintained during power down
