Hi,

I have designed a PCB based on your TIDA 020004 reference design( Object data over CAN) . Now for the new revision of the PCB. Power supply IC - LP87702DRHBRQ1 and Regulator
IC - LM536253QRNLRQ1, both are out of stock. Can you suggest any alternative for these components? If yes please suggest ASAP. This is an emergency requirement. I have checked every possible online market for these components. all are showing out of stock and also long lead times. We require these components for our fabrication and testing. The timeline is limited So please help.

Unfortunately there is no pin to pin compatible alternative PMIC available. We understand due to demand and manufacturing constraints there are longer lead times on these devices.

Hi Vivek,

I saw an IC on TI's official website. "Power for processors and FPGA". There it shows some PMIC which may be a possible alternative for the not available PMIC.

Two ICs are shown on this page as power supply ICs for AWR1642 reference design. Can it be used as an alternative? Or is there any new design availble for mmWave RADAR with these ICs.

Hello Sreenath,

TPS65313+TPS65653 can be used for 1642. Also for a non safety design you could also use LP87524J PMIC. What i meant was these PMICs are not footprint compatible with LP87702. So you would have to redesign you board with these PMICs.
