DCA1000EVM: mmWavestudio blank screen

Part Number: DCA1000EVM

I have gone through the installation process.

When I start the mmwavestudio 02_01_01_00, it comes up as blank screen as below.  I have gone and removed the RSTD folder and re-started as Admin.  with the same result.

Any suggestion what is happening.

    Hello Hemant,

    Are you sure you downloaded all the below softwares : 

    1. 32-bit Matlab Runtime Engine (Version 8.5.1)

    2. FTDI Drivers: FTDI USB Driver (mmwave_studio_\mmWaveStudio\ftdi) necessary to work with Radar device is installed.

    3. Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable package

    Maybe the package and all the related software didn't download properly. You could try the installation process once again after uninstalling. 

    Also make sure the above combination of DCA1000 and XWR BOOST-EVM are connected to the PC while opening mmWaveStudio for the first time.
