IWR1443: Can VIN_13RF1 and VIN_13RF2 use external 0.9V supply?

Hello, Can VIN_13RF1 and VIN_13RF2 of IWR1443 use external 0.9V power supply? Is 0.8V reliable?

Our tests found that if the VIN_13RF supply was 1.0V and the receive gain was adjusted to the maximum, the IF signal produced a large impact interference. Lowering the VIN_13RF voltage can solve this problem, but we are not sure if the IWR1443 can work reliably after lowering the VIN_13RF voltage.

You can refer to Section 5.4 i.e. Recommended Operating Conditions of IWR1443 Single-Chip 76- to 81-GHz mmWave Sensor datasheet (Rev. C) (ti.com) to note the operating range for all power rails.

We tested a lot of our own boards. It can also work normally with 0.9V power supply.

Is there any risk with 0.9V power supply?

We can only commit the operation of the device within the documented Recommended operation conditions. Outside the given range, it is hard to say.
