Hello, I have the following questions and I would like to get your reply.
1. How to program microcontroller for TDC1000-C2000. How to get the source code.
2. How to modify the GUI interface of the upper computer.

    Hello,

    The TDC1000-C2000EVM requires the GUI and a UART driver to function properly. The EVM User's Guide details the steps for downloading the software to use the EVM, Link Here: TDC1000-C2000EVM Users Guide. I am not aware of any source code for using the TDC1000-C2000EVM without the GUI. 

    Can you clarify what you mean by the upper computer? I interpret that as the tabs in the upper portion of the GUI, see below for example.

    If you are having difficulties modifying the content in the GUI, it could be possible the EVM is not communicating properly with the GUI. If this is the case, I recommend refreshing the connection or redownloading the UART driver.

    Sorry, I think I may not have made my question clear.
    1. I currently want to program the MCU control unit to modify the code of the MCU microcontroller.
    2. Another thing is to modify the GUI interface, how to modify the GUI interface, I want to display more information in the GUI interface by modifying the code of the MCU.

    Hello Lei,

    I understand now. The microcontroller being used is the C2000, PN: TMS320F28035. Here is the product page for that device, Link here: https://www.ti.com/product/TMS320F28035. I Recommend utilizing the C2000 documentation to better understand how to program this particular microcontroller.   

    This webpage may be useful in understanding how to modify the GUI for your application, link here: C2000 GUI Tutorial. With the online GUI composer, you should be able to import the TDC1000-C2000 GUI and modify the application. The link for the online GUI composer is here: Online GUI Composer

    I want to program the TMS320F28035 microcontroller and modify the GUI interface. Do I need to purchase additional interfaces or related hardware devices? Or can the TDC1000-C2000EVM be directly connected to the computer through the USB interface?

    Hello Lei,

    You should be able to program the TMS320F28035 microcontroller on the EVM. The EVM has a USB interface that permits programming. I do not think you will require any additional hardware.
