Dear Sirs,

Is there any method for LM96063 to keep setting even power off and power on?

Such as ext. EEPROM mode to support self-initial while power on or store inside the LM96063,....

My customer did not want to initial it every time.

Hi Peter,

There is not really a method for this other than including a small microcontroller that stores the configuration and initializes the LM96063 at power up. Since both LM96063 and external EEPROM are peripheral devices, they would not be able to communicate without a controller.

You can find some MSP430 devices that could work as the controller and initialize the LM96063 at power up.

Note about changed terminology: Controller = Master; Peripheral = Slave
