Hi team,

Whether we have device could measure -100℃? Customer would like to test liquid nitrogen temp, it is very lower.. Whether we could have device to support?

Hi Amelie,

We do not have any devices that can operate at -100°C. The lowest operating temperature range we can offer for our portfolio of sensors is -55°C, due to the limitations of silicon. Would this be of interest to your customer?

Many thanks for your reply. Just curious, may I ask when testing liquid nitrogen temp, how could customer test such a low temp?

Amelie -

Usually for temperatures below -55°C, special RTD's are used to verify that low temp. Liquid nitrogen is much colder than -100°C, it would be boiling off at that temp.
