We do not have any devices that can operate at -100°C. The lowest operating temperature range we can offer for our portfolio of sensors is -55°C, due to the limitations of silicon. Would this be of interest to your customer?

Many thanks for your reply. Just curious, may I ask when testing liquid nitrogen temp, how could customer test such a low temp?

Usually for temperatures below -55°C, special RTD's are used to verify that low temp. Liquid nitrogen is much colder than -100°C, it would be boiling off at that temp.
